Tunnel auxiliary construction method "AGF-S / AGF-P method"

Injection of urethane-based and cement-based materials is possible! It enables a reduction in cycle time, improved cost-effectiveness, and enhanced workability.

We would like to introduce our tunnel support construction methods, 'AGF-S/AGF-P Method'. The "AGF-S Method" allows for the cutting and removal during excavation by incorporating slits at the ends of AGF steel pipes, while the "AGF-P Method" uses special PVC pipes at the ends of AGF steel pipes. Since it can be installed from the standard cross-section, it offers reduced cycle times, improved cost-effectiveness, and enhanced workability compared to widening methods. 【Features】 ■ Can be constructed without widening (no pre-widening of the tunnel excavation cross-section required) ■ Cutting and removal can be easily done every 1 meter of excavation ■ Construction is possible with hydraulic excavators for tunnels ■ Injection of polyurethane-based and cement-based materials is possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Tunnel auxiliary construction method "Trevi Tube Method"

Select drilling and injection methods according to ground conditions! Construction is possible in various types of ground.

The "Trevichube Method" uses specialized machinery from the Italian company Trevi to install long steel pipes around the perimeter of the tunnel excavation cross-section, while performing injections adapted to the geological conditions, thereby forming a reinforced improved arch zone with the steel pipes. Depending on the geological conditions, drilling and injection methods can be selected, allowing for construction in various geological environments. Compared to the AGF method (φ114.3mm), this method allows for the use of thicker and larger diameter steel pipes, enabling the creation of a significantly rigid improved area, and it can accommodate long drilling of over 20 meters. 【Specifications】 ■Applicable steel pipes: φ114.3 to 139.8 (t=6.0 to 11.1mm) ■Maximum installation length: 50m ■Standard steel pipe length: 6 to 12m/pipe ■Standard installation pitch: @300 to 600mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Tunnel auxiliary construction method "AGF-Φ method"

By using a dedicated guide tube, reliability and safety are improved! Furthermore, it achieves a low impact on the environment.

The "AGF-Φ Method" is an expanded type of AGF that adopts a "Dedicated Guide Support" with a dedicated guide pipe installed to facilitate the placement of AGF steel pipes for pre-tensioning by drilling holes in the web section of H-shaped steel supports. By using the dedicated guide pipe, the placement of the steel pipes becomes more accurate, improving construction precision. As construction precision improves, it becomes possible to reliably form an arch crown at the tip of the steel pipes, and since the pipes are left in the ground without cutting, there is no industrial waste generated. 【Features】 ■ Improved construction precision ■ Tension reduction effect ■ Reduction of industrial waste ■ Reduced cycle time *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
